Being from Chicago I know Italian delis and this is 100% the real deal. The mozzarella is the best I have ever had. Made in store daily and you can tell. The staff were so friendly and offered us a taste of a few things. We ended up getting three different sandwiches and splitting them. Each was better than the next. Super fair price and the sandwiches are packed with meat and cheese. Can’t wait to ga back.

Augusto’s Deli is the real deal. I’m not a big fan of most of what Fairfield has to offer especially deli-wise, I’m comparing sandwiches to what I’d get in the Bronx or North Jersey. The standards are high. The minute I walked into Augusto’s, I knew this place was different.

This was my first time trying this place and I'm glad I did. The Buffalo & BBQ chicken on the sandwich was so good & the bread was very good. The Owners are also so nice, I came here with only $8 and the owner said the sandwich was $10.50. I was gonna leave but then the Owner said that he will still give me the sandwich for $8 & he even let me sample some of the chicken. The Owners at this deli are so kind and make such great food. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great Italian food and I would personal come back.
